Basis of Costs

We usually charge on a fixed-fee basis, and these can vary depending on the experience and seniority of the lawyers who will assist you with your residential conveyancing transaction as well as its complexity. Our hourly rates range from £175 to £275 plus VAT (where applicable) for our non-partner fee earners and £395-500 plus VAT (where applicable) for our partners. Please note that these rates are subject to annual review.

Our legal fees will always reflect the estimate given unless new or unforeseen circumstances arise. In such a case, a revised estimate of our legal fees will be provided to you. Where we are required to undertake additional work, our legal fees will increase.

We provide a bespoke estimate of the likely fees you will incur once we have more information about the specific circumstances surrounding your purchase.

Team

Sandeep Jaswal is Managing Partner with overall responsibility for all transactions in the Residential Property team. He has over 25 years’ experience and deals mainly with the purchase and sale of high value properties in and around London. He also deals with refinancing residential properties.

Mo Hakim is a partner in the Residential Property Team. Mo has vast experience advising major institutions, private estates, offshore clients, family estates, developers and lenders in all aspects of property law.

​Gursant Sandhu is a Partner in the Residential Property team. He deals with a broad spectrum of transactional matters including landlord and tenant, development, acquisition and disposal of properties.

Georgia Drury is a senior associate in the Residential Property Team. Georgia predominantly deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, plots and new build properties and refinancing. Georgia is also experienced in landlord and tenant matters including lease extensions and Licence for Alterations.

Maryna Radenhurst is an Associate with experience in residential freehold and leasehold transactions. She is particularly skilled in advising clients on a range of property transactions, including sale and acquisition, and providing advice on all forms of real estate elements of refinancing matters.
